The Graduate Research Programme rests on an institutional network of associates characterized by a common interest in building bridges between disciplines. It guarantees individual, transdisciplinary support for the doctoral researchers.
The primary supervisors in Konstanz and Stuttgart are assisted by secondary supervisors from academia as well as two mentors. The mentors’ task is to accompany the project as “ambassadors-in-practice” in terms of its content and above all to support the researchers systematically during their internships.
